Breakfast: 1 scrambled egg 1 slice whole grain toast

Snack: 1 cheese stick & sf popsicle

Lunch: bean soup

Snack: 1 slice whole wheat w/ some tuna salad on it

Dinner: Roast & carrots

Snack: 1 hard boiled egg and 1/2 a cheese stick


I haven't added up the protein yet but should hit my goal

Here's my game plan....I know I know the evening snack is not the best, but I'm allowing myself the treat.... Now: 1 cheese stick 8gm After my nap:  Greek yogurt 18gm Snack while driving:  1 cheesestick 8gm Dinner:  Going out with a friend.  We'll see. Snack:  1/2 of a small movie theater popcorn, no butter (going to the movies with my friend after dinner) 34 without dinner, plus the 34gm I had while at work, so that's 68 right there plus my dinner tonight (which will probably be either a burger or a salad with chicken, so at least 20gm) Pam
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Here's the plan.   B:  egg white, lf cheese, turkey sausage, ww english muffin....took 3 bites and was full S:  Hot pepper cheese, tlc crackers L:  Tuna S:  Protein shake since breakfast was a bust D:  South Beach meal S:  Cantaloup About 85 grams. HG
