Met with my surgeon....

She was just as wonderful as I remembered her being.  I am really happy with my decision to move forward with this.  I hope the next few months prove to be a validation of my feelings.  I was told I could look to the end of September for my surgery... which really does NOT seem that far away.  2.5 months.  And considering I've already waiting over 2 years... well, time will fly.  I guess I should start preparing.   I hate to wait to the last minute to do anything... Does anyone else have Dr. Courcoulas at Magee Women's Hospital of Pittsburgh, Pa as their Surgeon?  Been through it?  Pre-Op?  She had a little girl just a few days before my own daughter was born... I'm glad that we share that... It may sound silly but life will be in her hands and it's very important to me that she sees me AND my life while she's doing this... I mean, I want her to know that I have a daughter that needs me, a husband that loves me and a family that really does mean the world to me... She definitely did NOT see a case file with a number on the outside of it when we spoke... she was very patient, answered all my questions with what I believe was complete honesty and she gave me an opportunity to ask any questions I had.  I'd love to hear from anyone else who has had experience with her as their surgeon.
