OT/having trouble changing avatar

I am going bonkers,I changed my profile photo,its there and changed but wont show up on my profile,anyone else having this problem,I see the new photo staring me in the face but wont change anywhere else,Help!Thanks a bunch hugs Trish

Trish the problem is your web browser. I am sure someone will post how to get your browser to update. I just dont remember.  When I look at your avatar I see you standing in shorts and a green shirt in front of what looks like a pool. So if that is the new pic, it worked.  Jen

OMG! Jen i have been goin bonkers for 2 days trying to get that photo to show up and its not showing for me,Well i guess  its good that you can see the photo and for me that i am not going nutts,thanks a bunch,hugs trish

I can see your new avatar....the other day there was a post on how to fix it. Pam gavr details on how to update your browser.   Looking Good!

Refresh the page while holding down the shift key.  If you're using a PC, you can hit the F5 key and shift at the same time and that will work.  It clears the browsers cache so your new photo can appear. Lesley

Trish, I totally forgot to say something about your new avatar - I saw it I think 1 or 2 days ago. Anyway - to update your browser....while you are on OH, hold down the shift button.  Then, while continuing to hold it down, click on the refresh button at the top of the web address (two little arrows or some similar icon)  It will delete all your cookies from OH and new photos will pop up.
