2 weeks post op blues??

Hey guys, I just wanted to throw a question out there. I am only 2 weeks post op and i have just so down on myself. Has anyone else felt this way. I swear the other day i cried over a tooth pick! Long story LOL.. Thanks for the support Jennifer

oh yes. I was very emotional...still am, but very emotional in the beginning months. Dont worry, it will get better.  Keep getting in your fluids and once you transfer in the the stages to come and things get back to normal, you'll feel better. Hang in there!

all the hormones that have been stored in your fat cells are releasing. you are gonna be emotional, hang on for the ride. but it will get better

Yup, it's very common.  The first few weeks were rough for me.  Just keep getting your fluids and proteins in as much as possible, get yourself up and out and walking and take it day by day.  Sometimes, hour by hour.  Hang in there, it does get better. Pam
Instead of complaining that the rosebush has thorns, be happy that the thorn bush has roses.

Yes, that's about when I was feeling horrified and depressed and wondering what the hell I'd done to myself and was there any way to reverse it!  It's temporary, Jennifer.  Two more weeks and 40 lbs later, I was feeling Much Better! Lisa
