Constipation

Nan I did that my gram gave me that suggestion, just spoke with a nurse and running out to Rite Aid  get Ducolax.

early out i used the Smooth MOve tea it always worked. now that i am further out with more food and denser foods i guess it doesnt work as well

stefani and i were talkign about this tonight,  and i was soo constipated  so i used the Dulcolax suppositories  and took hour but it worked and let me tell you, i felt soooo much better,  i'm keeping those bad boys on stock all the time.   hope you get relief soon
