You are in my thoughts and prayers.
The people involved with jury duty suck. A few years ago my hubby got severe burns on christmas night. I had water boiling in a pot trying to remove burnt on potatoes. My hubby was helping me clean up and he went to move the pot on the stove. When he was walking with it his foot stuck and he tripped. The water came up out of the pot and he burnt his face, neck, shoulder, arm, wrist & chest. We had been dealing with multiple hospital visits and dr's visits. He was scheduled for jury duty and his dr wrote him a note excusing him. He went to jury duty and handed over the note and the Judge made him stay the first day. He totally ignored the dr's note. So my husband that was bandaged up like a mummy and was in severe pain had to stay the entire day. The next day he went back and the judge finally excused him. He said he was sorry but they were short handed. I couldnt believe anyone could be that ignorant and ignore a dr's excuse with someone that had such severe burns.
Anyways.. Follow the dr's orders and get well. We will be waiting for you.
