I had a breast reduction done by Dr. Havard about a year ago....I LOVED him and my boobs are awesome. He is very "to the point" and extremely thorough. I had this done pre-WLS because I just really wanted them gone. He removed 5 lbs. of breast tissue. I have recommended several close friends to him. His nurse, Kasey (female) is really great also! I would see him again in a heart beat. I am sure I will need some "work" after WLS and I will go to him.

congratulations. Definitely a day for change! Will keep checking in on you to see how you are holding up and then of course, throughout your journey as you share it.

July, 2007 YIKES!! I look like an overstuffed pool floatie...i dont even remember this chick, it's so weird...
December 8th, 2007. 12 weeks post op down 87lbs
January 2008, 107 lbs gone
Feb 2008, 128 lbs gone
June 2008 Update. weight 213, down 172lbs
June 2008 also:
Sept. 2008, weight 191 to 196...in flux/plateau right now, lol
Hope you like my transitions! Seeing it all out this is a little weird for mr but I LOVE the new me, would do it all over again in a nano second if I had to. Enjoy your day!! ~HUGS~ Tomi

I will be having a 3-level lumbar fusion at OHSU on November 19th. My poor little spine just can't take all the pressure any more. Due to three severely ruptured discs and some arthritis, I need to have my spine stabilized. I'm not looking forward to it, but it's nice to finally have a plan on the horizon.
