I know this has probably been discussed many times but who does fills in Oregon and what do they charge?

I know about Dr Fitzpatrick, and I see there is a fill center USA in Salem, but does anyone know how much they charge?

Anyone else?

Thanks,

Laurie who is in desprate need of one!

I also had a two-hour car ride home.  I was really worried about it, but after one little stop where I thought I would get sick (I didn't), I tilted the seat back a bit and I slept the rest of the way.  Thank goodness I wasn't driving!

Topic: RE: RUNNERS!!!
Thank you Linda! We started by just walking to Hendricks Park each day and then running downhill part of the way. Now we've worked up to running 3-5 days per week and lifting weights on the days we're not running. Yesterday I ran the furthest I've run without having to stop and walk for a couple of minutes. 20 minutes without stopping. We figure if we keep it up and improve little by little, maybe we'll be able to do a half-marathon in the next year or two.

I actually got on the message board to see if a meeting time had been posted. I realized I never saw a meeting time for May. Is there a meeting in June?

Hi there,

Reminder that group meeting is this Wednesday night at 6pm, Salem Hospital. Remember there is no valet at the old entrance. Meeting is still in the main building in the basement room D. I have some new news about a new meeting room. Hope to see everyone. Take care. Any questions on the parking just email or call me.

So what vitamins are good to take now and after the surgery? My doctor did labs and found that I have not detected estrogen and vitamins now.

I take it that you have already taken the car ride home.  Hopefully, you had a bottle of water to sip during the trip.

"How do you remember not to bend down, twist, or pick things up that may be over 5 pounds?"

I used a grabber to pick things up or to take things down off shelves for about the first 6 weeks.  I used a full gallon jug as a guide for the weight restrictions.
