Hi Carrie, I spent alot of money on protein drinks that I dumped down the sink, I drank lots of Atkins drinks until I could'nt stand the smell of them any more. Then one day on the lap band board that I hang out on they were talking about an unflavored protein drink. So desperate, I had to check it out, and now after 18 months I still use it. Its by a compay called unjury you can find them at www.unjury.com it cost me $15 a can I add it to my coffee mug as Im running out the door in the morning,( I also use a little vanilla creamer ) it gives me 19 grams of protein. When Im busy and havnt had time to eat I mix it with carnation instant breakfest and it gives me 32 grams of protein. Its awesome. Gail

I really like designer whey I have chocolate and vanilla and I add a little splenda to mine but they are very good, sweet but not too sweet. I also love nectar. My two favorites are Lemonade and Fuzzy Navel. I add them to a large shaker with crystal light.
