Need a PCP in Salem area who is WLS friendly..

Hello, I now have insurance that looks like will cover WLS. My current PCP does not believe in this even though after every diet I have been on; I come back to him fatter than before. I would appreciate it if people could give me names of their PCP's so I can check if they are one of my preferred providers. Thanks, Katie
