Hi Kristie!
I'm so glad to hear you're doing well! I read your profile and giggled a bit about your knee pain. Who would have known about favoritism?! Hope that knee is feeling better!
You know why you're craving salt, right? It's because you're drinking so much water. Remember, water and sodium go hand-in-hand--can't have one without the other. Since you're drinking so much, your water is saying, "Hey, I need more sodium in here!"
Keep up the fantastic work!
Charity

Hi Kristie, I am a newby to this surgery, and I have been working with Lori, the bariatric coordinator within Salem Hospital. They have a team of Doctor's, nurses, dieticians, and medical staff who have been very encouraging and are working on getting a support group started in the Salem area. She is a true angel. You might try and contact her, she is very willing and excited about getting this program started and is a great resource in the community. She can be reached at 503-561-5286. Good luck in your journey, Renee
