Wow, that was seriously the easiest procedure ever! I really feel lucky to be one of the ones that it went so well for... Dr. Jay Jan banded me yesterday morning at Good Samaritan. I was out of recovery by 10 am, and took my first walk around 11 am. I could have left last night, but decided to stay overnight just in case. I left the hospital today at about noon. Everything went really smoothly. I had some apple juice and lemon yogurt this morning at the hospital, and just recently had about a cup of cream of chicken soup and a few bites of strawberry yogurt. Thanks everyone for the well wishes, and I can't wait to see how everything goes from here!

Congratulations and welcome to Loser-ville! I'm glad to hear everything went well. I've met Dr. Jan and he seems like a great Doctor. I hope everyone at Good Sam was as nice and supportive for you as they were for me! Be sure to take it easy and get lots of rest Good luck on your weight loss journey
