Hello Jerry! I know this isn't what you were looking for, but I'm doing some research for my Mother-in-law regaurding Dr.Kenneth Welker from Reedsport. Do you happen to know of him (he does these surgeries also)? Or maybe you can help me with a website to get information on Dr.s. Every website I find to look up Dr.s they want me to pay for the information, why is this I wonder. I thought I could just look up any Dr. to see if he's the one I'm interested in to do any surgery. I'm desperate for info on this Dr. because he has done some crazy things to my Uncle that don't make any sence and has caused more serious health problems.
