**Monday Roll Call**
Good morning everyone! I hope you all had a nice weekend. Mine was great! I went to the Alpenrose Dairy with my DH (dear husband), son, daughter-in-law, and my 2 grandsons. They have a mini village, sleigh rides for the kids, and Santa! It was crisp and beautiful! Tomorrow marks my 4-month anniversary since my second surgery, and it's so nice to feel better. Okay, are you ready for the Questions of the Day (QOD)? Here they are, and I hope you have a great week.
Peg
1. What did you do for fun this past weekend?
2. Do you play a musical instrument? If so, what?
3. What do your friends say is your nicest quality?
+++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++
1. I played with my grandchildren.
2. I'm a terrible piano player, but I love to sing.
3. I'm told that people think I am kind to others.
1. We had friends come from Canada to attend the Tuba Concert in Pioneer Square. This is a yearly event for us with a houseful of people from all over coming and going in all directions. We live near the MAX line so people come and go. This year was a small group since out kids are in the process of moving to Seattle.
2. No. But I whine.
3. I haven't asked the question, actually.
What's up on the meeting for coffee front?

Hi Peg,
Your weekend sounds delightful. How wonderful for your grandkids!
1. Saturday was my 14 yr. old daughter's first gymnastics meet of the season. They train for eight months and their meet season is December through March. She is usually a rock, but she was nervous. My hands were sweating as usual. There was never anyone as non athletic, non-sports, non-competative as me growing up, and it never occurred to me that I would have a kid like this. It was in Eugene. She did great!
2. I used to sing but I got nodules on my vocal cords and now I can't croak out Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. I'm not willing to get them off because I got my talking voice back and that's good enough for me. I married the musician. My husband plays the trombone, and for the past decade ragtime on the piano (rather obsessively I might add).
3. I do thoughtful things for people. I also love to cook and entertain.

I enjoyed a wonderful evening at the Hilton on 6th for a company Christmas party and we stayed the night enjoying an evening without any extra little toes crawling into bed with us.
Cant play or sing but I do support my husband who builds custom instrument and plays in a band. He builds the most beautiful guitars you ever saw.
My friends would say that Im very giving, always willing to help where help is needed.
