New photo!

Hello to everyone! I haven't been on here too much the last few months. Life has been very busy! I see so many new faces and names on here, but a few that I'm familiar with......Dina, Brandi, Sarah and Patti! Just wanted to say finally updated my profile and posted a new pic. I'm at 193lbs, 23lbs away from my goal for PS and feeling great! To date, I've lost exactly 250lbs from my high weight, and 123 since my surgery on 7/23/4...almost a year ago! As you can see, my arms still look heavy with the excess skin, but if I hold them out, they're actually rather small. I also have a nice tire of excess skin around my stomach. That'll definitely have to go! Otherwise, I feel great! I wish everyone the success I've experienced with this surgery, it's been a blessing and a journey for me, inside and out. Take care, Michele

Michele - Already told you in email, but you just look incredible! I am so happy to see some "after" shots up here. We all need to make sure we update with the afters.....that's what keeps us going. Plus, for nosy people like me, well, it satiates our need to know! Dina

Michele, WOW!!!! You are looking fabulous! It is really life changing and as you said a journey inside and out. I am so happy for you. You must be enjoying an entire new wardrobe (again!) and a cute one too! I agree with Nadine, let's try to get together again. We can share our PS info. I actually subjected my husband to a talk from Dr. Connel (with slides) just to keep him on board to the inevitability in our life. You are well into onederland girl! Great to hear from you. Patty

Hey Patty! Thank you very much......you look absolutely glowing and wonderful yourself! I'd love to share PS info, I'm seeing Dr. Zegzula on 8/10. He specializes in abdomen and boobs, has extensive work with WL patients and will bill insurance. I know of few people who've gone to him and I've seen his work....very nice! I've heard Dr. Connell does great work too, but I called his office and they won't bill insurance....you have to pay upfront, so I couldn't consider him. I would love to see everyone again as well. I'm tentatively gone the last week of July, but otherwise free. Let's do it! I can't wait to see you again! Michel

Hi Sarah! Thank you so much for the compliment! Congratulations on your success as welll....just wish we could see a pick of the skinny new you! Hint, hint! You've lost over 200lbs, I bet you don't look like the same person, as neither do I. If you don't have access to a camera, I'll meet you somewhere and take one for you to put on your profile if you'd like. Looks like we're going to plan a get-together in the next few weeks, perhaps you can attend? Michele
