Ins. Info.

Hello Everyone My name is Debbie, and I'm in the process of jumping thru the Ins. hoops. I'm wondering if anyone out there is familiar with Cigna/HMO. I'm especially concerned abut the 6 month supervised diet, by your physician. I can't afford to do that, and am concerned that the Ins. is going to deny me because of that. Has anyone had any problems with this? If so, please let me know what your outcome was. Thanks so much Debbie
