Four days post op

I had surgery on 5-6-5 at OHSU, 220 miles away from home for me, I had the Lap RNY. Things went very good. They kept me an extra day because we live a ways away. I am tired and have some pain in my sides yet. I can tell I am loosing weight allready, I am getting a waist! Well I better go, before my family catches me up on the computer. I am glad I did it, I have no regrets.

Candice, Great to hear you did so well! That is a big drive you had to endure to get to your own comfy bed. The pain in my left side was slower to go away, and I continued to need naps for at least a week. Welcome to the other side!
