Beaverton WLS Support Group

Hi - I went to a support group at the old Bvtn Library, Hall and Allen, last year and wondered if they're still meeting there. If so, when is the next group? Thanks, Anne

They are meeting in a different place...and as it happens, it's coming up this Wednesday. Here's the info: Beaverton Meeting Date: Wednesday, March 10, 2004 Time: 7:00pm-8:45pm Reminders: 1 week before the event and 1 day before the event. Description: Reminder that the Beaverton Support Group Meeting is coming up! The meeting is at: Beaverton Community Center 12350 Southwest 5th Street Beaverton, OR 97005 You can easily find it by going to the corner of SW 5th and SW Hall across from the Beaverton Public Library. The meeting starts at 7:00 PM and goes until 8:50 PM. Also, many people use the meeting as a place to bring and exchange clothing, so feel free to bring clothes you no longer fit in.

Hello, Are people who have not had surgery yet welcome to this meeting? Is there a fee or a membership for this support group? Thanks! Alischa

There's no cost and pre-ops are welcome to attend, ask questions and just listen. It's been very helpful for me thru all stages. Michele

For some reason, their calendar is whacked, lol! I click on April 13th, but the date is for March of last year. Anyway, it IS tomorrow! I won't be attending this one as I'm currently out of town.....but best wishes! They are a great group of people! Michele
