Insurance question

Has anyone gotten PacifiCare PPO to pay for surgery? I thought my health ins was changing on the 1st but I guess it hasn't as of yet. Its supposed to switch to PacificSource, which I've heard doesn't cover surgery. I called Pacificare and asked if they cover it and they said they dont, but that their HMO plan does. I was just wondering if anyone else has or had Pacificare PPO? I'm very confused about insurance issues and I just kind of go with the flow. I really want to find out my options though. Just me again. LOL! Ok, my ins did change to PacificSource. I went online and looked at our policy, but cant find anything about weight loss surgery. I do have an appt with my pcp on Wednesday morning and I will talk to her about my situation. I do have a feeling it's not covered though, because I cant find any info about PacificSource patients. If anyone knows about this ins please let me know. THANKS! ~Candice~
