Woohoo for me! Surgery approved!

Hello all, I was on the road back from a business trip in Everett, WA..... About quarter to 5pm, I remembered I hadn't called UHC to check on my approval status...it's been in review since 7/1 and I was getting nervouse about approval because from what I've heard, it's been much quicker than that for several people. To my wonderful surprise, the CSR said "There's been a determination". So I had to say "WHAT IS IT!". He then told me it had been approved and it took a second to register, I actually, finally got it. I "woohoo'd" to myself and him on the phone, lol. I think he got a chuckle at such an excited response at having surgery. I'll be calling Dr. Eubank's offic bright and early in the AM to get my date. Woohoo again! TTFN, Michele
