All Better Now
Thank God, I'm all better now. Was miserable for a couple of days. Never had to go all the way back to the protein shakes. After several days of still feeling yuck I talked to my cousin who had it done three years ago. He gave me advise that it was probably the fat content in the hamburger, and since I had irritated my pouch it just would take time to get over it. He also suggested switching down to the 1% cottage cheese instead of the high milk fat 4%. That was Friday, today I'm back on coarse- solid foods again and trying to get bumped down from 5 meals to 4 meals.
Had basa fish and scallops for dinner, it was great.
