could this be good news???

Hi its marla well i dont know but because my insurance thru my employer (safeway) joint labor retail trust has an exclusion, soooooo what have i been adoin, well ive been emailingthe union president trying to get him to understand how badly i need to cure my obesity once and for all, not knowing he would ever respond after a few months. Well he responded!! And he said that coverage for my surgury is possible, but under strict conditions, he then said he would have a medical specialist thru our insurance give me a call. What could strict conditions mean? Im morbidly obese, with back,feet,hypertension, depression, joint problems, would this be strict enough, i hope so. I hope this could be good news, i dont want my hopes up high, because the last time i did that i got scammed into buying so called health insurance over the internet, that said they covered wls, when in fact they were not even health coverage Aaughhhhg!! Marla - this is wonderful news. It's a break and a possibility! The thing is, if they make even one exception it opens the door up to you and I would just keep appealing if I were you. Keep up the fight - it is worth it!!! Dina
