Looking for Hillsboro friend...
Hi, Beth!
Thanks for responding! I still haven't heard back from insurance, but it should be soon now. I'm planning to have the lap-band ASAP (once approved)! I don't know what 311/140/140 means. Is it something to do with your surgery? I'd like to get an exercise schedule going that includes walking and weight training. Walking to start, and later weight training to firm. I'm a PE and Health teacher, but I don't have a job right now. I'm hoping to get one at a middle school here in Hillsboro for next year. If I do, we would have access to a track to walk on (in safety) and a weight room. Do you work? Do you have kids/a husband? I've got two daughters, 3 and 8 and a husband. If we can work out our schedules I think it would be really great to have a work-out buddy. It would keep us focused! You can email me directly at [email protected]. Maybe we can exchange phone numbers. Thanks again for responding!
Alason
Hi Alason. I'm not working either, so I am very flexible on workout times. I have way too much time on my hands. I have a 10 year old son and a 19 year old son that is going to college in California.
311/140/140 means I weighed 311 lbs before I had surgery. I currently weigh 140 lbs and my goal weight is 140 lbs. It is typically used as part of our signatures, but I'm not sure why the tradition was started.
I'll write you at your email address.
Talk to you soon.
Beth
