I've got a date, I've got a date.
a big congrats to you!! that is so wonderful for you..
last min advice?
1. keep a journal of your measurements and weights.. monthly is good.
don't just rely on what the doc's do as you never know what could happen. (I ended up moving away from my surgeon and didn't get copies of my chart so I am with out my starting measurements) I could call, hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm yup blond here!! just now thought of that one.. LOL @ myself!!
2. journal everything you eat. as well as amounts and times.
this will help you when your 9 months (+) post-op and want/need to go back to the basics. again this is somthing I didn't do and now I regret it.
those are the two things I wish I had done a better job of..

Well congratulations! I'm so happy for you!!!
As for advice - what Theresa said and also that fitday.com has been extremely helpful in logging my daily food intake. You might want to start doing that now just to see how it goes and to get used to it. Plus maybe it will help you see the difference in how much you eat if you ever get to that point many of us do where we feel like we can eat too much!
