hello everyone, im back from washington we only got lost a few times, the wish center was pretty cool i met my surgeon who just happens to be cute!(YIKES) why cant he be old and all that, oh well i just thought that was kind of funny my thought process. Anyway it looks like maybe aug for the surgury, but that depends if my loans go through, so pray for me wish me luck. I had to meet several people during my visit for preop, boy ya sure go thru alot!! My appt. lasted about 5 and a half hours. I was so greatful to finally be there, everyone was so proffessional and kind. Thankfully my insureance paid for the first visit, but of corse it just happens to be a medical exclusion for wls, bummer. well i think im going to call it anight. thanks for all your loving support!!! marla cook

Hi marla, I guess I was confused about the "wish" center. I kinda thought that it was a program for people who didn't have ins. or couldn't pay and they help you though the process of all that??? silly me!! any way I am hoping that you get your loans and you get to have your surgery... and by the way, it's much better to have a cute bariatric surgeon than it is to have a "HOT" OB/GYN.. LOL.. when I was PG with my youngest son I had the most geourgous austrailan doctor.. OH MY!! It wasn't by choice but necessity.. anyway good luck Theresa

Congrats!!!!!!!! I noticed your profile is empty though, how long have you been looking into WLS? What did you think about the Wish Center?? I would love to be able to read your story and news on your progress, as do we all. Reading profiles is one of the best things about this site and has been soo motivating for me and I have learned soo much! Brandi
