Any Grants Pass Support Groups?

Hi - I am very interested in having bariatric surgery - but am still in the information gathering stage. Are there any support groups in my area? I noticed that most of the people from Grants Pass are having their surgery in Eugene. Any info would be appreciated. Thanks Dianne
