Exercise (Micheeeellllleeee!!)

So I am going to be swimming and doing water aerobics on MWF. What is your schedule like T,TH,S,Su? Are you interested in meeting maybe one or two days per week to exercise? Marcie P.S. And let me open this up to all the Portland-area Bandsters. Anyone want to form a walking group or something???

I'm available T, TH, S and maybe Su if I can drag my 'ol butt out of bed...I usually like to sleep in till 9 at least once a week, lol! T and Th would be really good for me. Summer's coming up and I plan on spending optimal time at the beach on the weekends....my parents are gone all summer and I plan on using their beachhouse...whoopee! Can you say girls weekend? BTW....the picture you've got posted is absolutely adorable! Yep, we can chat Thursday night. Nothing's holding me back....it's on my calendar and I'm going! Michele

Hmmm... My mom has a house in Sunriver, Michelle. Maybe we need to do an exchange or something??? Thanks for the compliment on my pic. As you know from meeting me in person, it is pretty out of date. It is one of my favorites tho. Lets chat Thursday. What I would really like to do is to walk one day and to maybe take a class another day. Then I'll be exercising 5 days a week, and for me that's an amazing improvement! Take care, Marcie

We vacation for a week in Sunriver every year! We DO need to talk! lol I'm up for any kind of excercise...walking, classing. I'm pretty flexible...well, not as much as I'd like to be. Honey, you're cuter than "a bug's butt" in person as well! (that's one of my favorite sayings). A very pretty girl....just imagine the babes we'll be when we get to our goals! See ya Thursday! Hi Girls! One day I hope to walk or excersize with you all....! I had knee (ACL repair) surgery 2 years ago in Dec. and it still hurts even to walk the mall. But HOPEFULLY this will all change with surgery and I can join you soon! Maybe just meet sometime downtime Portland for a get together! Nadine

do you only wanna walk with porlatnd area bandsters? I couldn't make it all the time but if you listed when and where I would try to make it as often as possible.. I need to get my butt out there. so a walking group would be pretty cool.. Theresa

Theresa, I guess when I said Portland-area bandsters, I was more thinking of everyone's convenience. (And for what it's worth, I think of Gladstone as "Portland-area" ) So, on that note---Come one, Come all!--if you live in Portland or anywhere in the good ole USA!! I would love to have a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly walking group. Perhaps Saturdays so it works for everybody's schedule? (I am off this summer, so I can pretty much go any day!) Anyone know of some good walking paths? Anybody interested? Marcie

LOL @ marcie... I wasn't laughing about the location girl! I was laughing at the "bandsters" part... (you asked me if lapband people were welcome to thursday nights get together) don't know of any good trails at all... I am not from the area.. *and* it's not like I ever walked a trail before anyway... my idea of walking was from my car to the grocery isles... now I just do my nieghborhood and that is NOT often. sad huh? so if there are any more people intrested (even if not) just put the date and time and pick a place and there we go... plus we can talk about it more thursday too.. bye bye theresa
