I am still here
I am still around, I just don't have much to say or any real good advice for anyone. I am currently in a plateau, but I am going to work harder than I already have been. Do this final "push" before my one year anniv.
I was 412 when I had the surgery and I am down 160 pounds. I work out a lot! I bike ride (10-30 miles), Karate (3 times a week (1-2 hours per day)), and have just recently taking up jogging/walking (jogging for 1 min. and then walking for 2 mins.). Here I am sweating my A** off and no results on the scale! It can be quite frustrating.
But, with that said, I am not quitting! I will keep this up forever. This is a battle for our life and will last a lifetime and I realize this and for the good of myself and my children/wife I will keep this up.
Good luck to all and keep on keeping on!

Hey christian,
"them" is the oh volunteer's.. you have to ask one of them to change your pic if your unable to do it yourself..
I think if you go into your profile there is a place where you can ask a volunteer to help you with a pic.. can't remember now how I even got my pic in to begin with.. too long ago!!
but I love how they do the Pic within a pic.. the little circle.
also how is it that you have "NO" signatures on your support pages?? I only have 2.. LOL did you post your surgery date "before" your surgery or after? I know I didn't post mine until after it was over.. not on purpose, it just worked out that way. gonna go sign your support page now.. LOL
hope your having a great day

Chris,
I happened to look at your profile a week or so ago....you look fabulous dahling! You don't even look like the same "big boy". All the workouts are great....they are one of the keys to success, IMO.
How long have you been plateaud? I've been told that it shouldn't be more than a month...if it is, get your Dr. to check you out.
Take care,
Michele
