Advice on posting a picture

I am a technophobic individual. My son has me all set up so all I have to do is click on little stars and it gets me to all these great things. He attempted to add photos to my profile page and make it so that when I reply on this message board a photo will come with it. The result was a box with the correct caption underneath, but in the photo box is just a red x in the top left corner - no picture. I have seen this same thing in other people's profile. Any ideas? He e-mailed the tech-help folks, but haven't heard back.

Patty - you need to have the picture loaded on a server to begin with. If you email it to me I'll put it up and give you a link to add when you can. It's really easy and I can walk you through it.... Dina

SAME QUESTION: i have my pic (face shot) on a server, i know the tag, and link stuff, i just cant find the place on this site, to post it up myself, to attach it. they say, email it to us and we'll do it for you. almost 2 weeks and still---nothing. keighty tbb early july? dr. ortiz

Keighty - just go into your profile like you are going to update it and choose Profile colors and Photos. There you will be able to put in the URL for the picture you want up there. Eventually they will copy it and put it on their servers and update that section. Dina
