Hello
Hi there, I thought I would introduce myself as well. My name is Chris, I had surgery on July 23rd of last year. I was 450 pounds at my heaviest and 412 pounds at the time of my surgery. Now I am at 260 pounds and at 6'0" tall, looks like I have about another 60 pounds to go to reach my goal. I have been at a plateau for a little while, but I know I will lose more, I have been taking martial arts and bicycling as my exercises as of late and feel I have been building muscle. This may be the reason I am not losing, and just maintaining at this point.
Hi Chris,
Congratulations on the awesome weight loss
I think your body is just trying to get adjusted, and then you will start losing again... keep up the great work...
I have 1 pound to lose and I will be able to say 199 and that 1 pound is the hardest pound to get off... My goal is to be at 175, I know I can do it, it is just going to take some time...
