Good follow-up care in Portland area??

Hi all, I am moving to the Portland area from Massachusetts in May and looking for a surgeon's office to get connected with, so I'm looking for suggestions. I had my surgery 10/22/03 and so far have lost 92 pounds. I can't wait to join the century club in a few weeks!! I love my surgeon out here and they have good follow-up care and great support group meetings. Can anyone out there give me some details about some of the programs out there in the Portland area? I am a firm believer in good follow-up care and helpful post-op support groups. Thanks so much! Amy

Hello Amy, I am still pre-op, but I love my surgeon Dr. Emma Patterson. She requires you to have follow ups for 20 years! We have a great support group (one for pre and one for post). We meet once a month. Any who... here is her #503-227-5050. Oh yeah, the girls in the office are really great too. Good Luck, Kris
