Aetna insurance

Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone out there has Aetna Choice POSII? My surgeon has just submitted all my records and is requesting precertification. My question is this: Since my insur co demands documentation of 5 yrs or more of persistent morbid obesity with a BMI of 40 or above and also records of at least 6 months of Dr. monitored dieting attempts which have failed, will they deny my claim if I got down to 37 BMI for 2 months and then gained it all back (and more) within the year??
