Waiting For Referal

I have been going To Dr. Flanagans Support group in Eugene, I would like to know what letters to send with insurance claim I,E, from Pcp,Pediatrist, Urologist etc. My primary ins. does not cover Bariatric Surgery, So I will go through Medicare since I am on Disability. I dont know if I would be able to get any financial aid as we dont have good credit .

Wanda, There is a link at the top of this page that says "your journey"...check it out... you couldn't ask for a more comprehensive guide to getting thru the maze that leads you to WLS ! There are even "sample" letters you can use to send to each of the professionals you need to get info to along the way... I have been following it step by step, and if you do it that way, you can be assured that you have missed not one iota of data that will help you get approval for the surgery. I cant say how grateful I am to the folks who run this website and the people like yourself and me who share all that they encounter on this common journey with others along the way.... Please take a look at it, I'm sure it will help to make the task at hand much less intimidating. Good luck to you, you'll be in my thoughts. Debby
