Okay okay....I'm so happy about the weight I've lost and how much better I feel....but damn...I swear I am losing slower than anyone. I hate feeling like a failure at losing. Hopefully it is just the stress of holidays that has me down.....I'm ok about losing slow as long as I end up losing it all.....but if it slows down more than this....I'm gonna go mad. Shelley

Hey Shell - Chin up! You will reach your goal... don't stress..I don't know if you are taking a calcium supplement...I take Coral Calcium.. it is supposed to assist in weightloss as well..I think it does too. I am never online anymore....but if you need to chat call me...

Hey Shelley - you ARE a loser missy, and you should be proud of it! LOL I'm sure you've heard it all, everyone's bodies are different, we gained at different rates and we'll lose at different rates etc. But, I really think slower losers have better skin shrinkage, slower losers are healthier and don't experience as much hair loss as others, and - the biggest thing is - not everyone has as much to lose! I've lost a LOT of weight, but - I had a lot more than you to lose. So, be sure to look at other things, like what percentage of excess weight is lost to reach goal; and I can guarantee men lose faster then women (simply not fair in my book). Anyhow, just keep losing - you may hit a small plateau, but you will continue to lose if you follow the program. By the way I find that I lose about 5 days in a row, and then nothing for three weeks. Aggravating, but now that I see it happening I just wait until the scale starts moving again. Best of luck! Carol 483/238 lap RNY 7/8/02
