A change in dates

Hi, Just wanted all to know I changed my date from Jan to Aug. I was pretty down about it but I am now making it a positive move. Dr. Aguirre was great about my need to change dates... Oh get this, my husbands ins is still Kaiser but we have a new ins rep. and they are fighting Kaisers policies in my behave, I have told them I am going to self pay in mexico, but this may make it easier for others. Kaiser has a great program but they keep you guessing on which hoop you need to jump thru next. It is a very slow and secretive prosses. Anywho ... ~Denise~

I am so sorry to hear your getting the run around, My sister does the scheduling of the gastric by-pass surgerys there at Kaiser. She tells me the are very strict in there policies. I am glad I had mine through Blue Cross/ Blue Shield of Oregon.But still glad to hear you are still going in August. I am proud of you for not giving up. Don't let them get you down either. Monica
