Surgery Date

Due to some health related problems my RNY has been rescheduled again. Now it is set for January 15th. I'm bummed about waiting, as my husband is having his RNY December 9th and will be so far ahead of me. On the good side, though, we are going to Orlando for Christmas and I know I will get to enjoy some of those great Disney foods while he is drinking his protein shakes. I love Disney candy shops, especially their English Toffee....that will be a last meal type of treat! My daughter and new granddaughter live in South Carolina, her husband is in Baghdad, so we are all meeting in Orlando for some family time in the sun. Should be fun and hopefully will keep my daughter from missing her man so much during the holidays.

Awww Darn it Kathy... oh well you will be there soon enough and Janurary is just around the corner... You know how time flies.. and with your husband ahead of you it gives you a better view of exactly what to expect. He is your guinea pig. You know how time flies during the Holidays and how fun to go to Disney!! Hang in there.. and be sure and keep us updated on how your husband does.

OMG....I'm so jealous that you will be in the sunshine during the holdiays!!! Have fun! And just think....you have Florida to look forward to and then your surgery. It will be here before you know it. I swear school just started and here it is Thanksgiving already! Have a great time and good luck to you and your husband! What a great thing you are doing together.
