Calgon take me away.....
HI Sheri ... welcome back sweetie. I hurt a lot too, and I learned to take that pain medicine on a regular basis, mine was prescribed for every 4-6 hours and I used it and didnt wait for the pain to strike me.... My pain has lessened and the meds I only need 2 times a day now (surgery was 10-14), so dont feel that you are alone with the pain... But know that it does get better. Get loads of rest, and sip, sip , sip to keep hydrated...
BIG HUG~~!!
Melissa
Oh, Sheri, I'm sorry you're in so much pain! You did so well in the hospital...what's causing your pain (don't say "the incision" or "my insides")? Do you still have helpers (other than Ron)? Let me know if there's something I can do for you...I'm available Sunday. And, ahem, has my gift come in handy? Is it even necessary??? -Lesa
Sheri, hope you are feeling better soon. When I have been on pain medication and really needing it, I never let the pain get ahead of me. Meaning, I took the medication every time it was due, sometimes, even just a few minutes earlier than prescribed just to keep ahead.
Lesa, I can only imagine what your handy gift could be. I remember a post a couple weeks back that "cracked" me up. Am I right?
