Check out a fabric store--they always have tons of ideas. A witch hat and a black cape would be cool. It's all in the make-up anyway! lol How fun to go to a Halloween party. Course I will be really partying up a storm in the hospital.

Well now that depends on your definition of best...LOL. Often people ask when the best time is and what they really mean is CHEAPEST. LOL! The best times to go, is the cheapest time IMHO actually. The cheapest times to go are April and May & Sept and October. The weather isn't too hot, it's off season because kids are in school, and airfare is the cheapest! Packages are the way to go though. Book your air and hotel and car together and you will get a discount on it all. AVOID spring break and summer and christmas. Christmas and Thanksgiving sell out 6 months ahead of time, as does spring break.
