Back from Cal...

Hi all LASS's and OH friends, We finally got home! I had a great trip to visit my best friend she was so happy to see me it's been 18 months since we have seen each other even though we talk every day its not the same as visiting. I did have some trouble, I lost my phone and my purse with my address book and dont have any ones phone number. Would all the Lass's email the info please. I missed everyone. How is Shelley and Monica I read the posts but didnt get how all are doing? Monica are you still having trouble? I would like to come by and visit tomorrow after 10:am OK or did you really not want any visiters? Shelley how was your first week home? Are the kids helping you at home? Hi Denise! I'm glad you are home---I missed you--I tried to call yesterday but no answer. My number is 582-0991 call me anytime! I talked to Monica yesterday and she is having a horrible time with an infection on her face. She went to her pcp and is on antibiotics now. I talked to Shelley 2 days ago and she sounded great but is having some problem with a infection--not in her insecions though. Family is great but only helps so much--she need us!! I haven't been to see her but thinking I should. It's too much to take a 2 yr old with me though--he isn't very helpful---lol

Welcome back! I sat with Monica on Sunday, and she was starting to get this rash on her lips and nose, but she was walking pretty well and eating (as little as she is) was also going well. I talked to her Tuesday, and she was suffering with the rash and was going to her PCP yesterday. I called her in the afternoon to see how she was doing and left a message on voicemail but no response. Will try again later today. Talked to Shelley on Tuesday, and she was doing really well! She was one week post-op, went to her PCP and lost 14 pounds already! I wanna lose 14 pounds! Then (get this) she went to Costco! So she's feeling much better, and is thinking she's going back to work this Monday. We've got plans to meet Saturday and go shopping. My cell is 503-318-7739, and my email is [email protected].
