LOL--here I am! I do kinda disappear when my husband is home though....we always have so much going on---his days off are sunday and mondays--so tuesdays I clean.....but I'm here today! How are you??? Shelley said you weigh in on thursdays and she and I both need to hear the good news! The pot of gold at the end of this rainbow---how much have you lost todate???? Shelley is feeling like she should be lossing now but feels like she isn't---I told her to calm down she is just a week out. Thanks for thinking of me!

Glad you are there I am 39 pounds down today (5 weeks) I am actually declaring 40+ as I am on my period LOL... Taking the walking up a notch really helped me. I was barely loosing the last few weeks and I had been sluffing on my excersize.. it isn't rocket science...
