This sucks......he said no way will he do surgery on someone on antiboitics for an infection in their bowel---it just has too many surgical risks......

I'm sorry, Sheri, but I'm glad you told him and that he postponed. If he hadn't, I'd question his ethics. Your infection is exactly where he's operating. Best to be in your best shape before enduring major surgery. It shouldn't be too long before you're well enough, and then you can reschedule (or get a future date now). I know it sucks, but just think...more last meals! We all love you...-Lesa from The Squad.

Sheri, I have been so worried about this. I was so afraid you weren't going to tell Dr F. and just go ahead anyway. I am really glad you told him! I know it sucks to have to wait longer, but I would rather wait then have problems. Take care Sheri....I'll be thinking about you.

Oh Sheri, I am soooooo glad that you let your dr know what was going on with you. You need to be as healthy as you can be! It is for the best, I know it can be a hard pill to swallow when things dont go the way you planned but there is always a good reason! I know the whole squad was worried you wouldnt let the dr know what was going on with you and you steped up and did what was right I am so proud of you! YOU DONT WANT TO BE A SURGICAL RISK! Luv ya ~Denise~
