I want to know.....
I'm thinking of poaching salmon and bringing it to eat cold. All those yummy Omega-3 fatty acids! And protein to boot! It's something we'll all be able to eat for years to come (not that I have any problem with cheesecake, especially from Costco...damn, they do a fine cheesecake). See y'all on Sunday.
