Hey guys... I want really bad to come Sunday but I don't think I can. I have my kennel inspection on Monday and my only day everyone will be here to help me get ready is Sunday. If I can get away at all I will. If not.. I will see you all at the next one for sure! I lost another 4 pounds this week. Not neary as well as I have been doing.. but I had a hard week. I only got my walk in once. I did not get my water in .. not even on one day.. excersize and water are the big keys...any way.. I was glad I had any loss at all. total 3 weeks - 32 pounds.

Wow CJ--sounds great!! I really hope you can make it to Monica's---we all have so much fun when we get together--this is one great bunch of ladies!!
