Anyone ever heard of Healthscape Ins?

Hi, I am currently covered under CIGNA POS(point of service) and trying for a revision from VBG to an RNY. I was initially denied, wrote an appeal letter and have been denied again. I requested that my surgeon, Dr. Tom Eubanks do a peer-to-peer review with CIGNA. That was last week, I called on Monday. His office staff told me "they can't force him to make that call" but they would put another note on my chart in his office. Needless to say I am very discouraged. They are denying for lack of 2-26 week dr. supervised diet attemps. I argued that with the VBG it is impossible to follow one. Anyway I may be taking a job closer to home that has Healthscape for it's insurance coverage. I don't know for a fact but I am very nervous that Healthscape will have a WLS exclusion. Anyone have any experience or information about Healthscape? Looking for answers/alternatives. Thanks, Piper
