1 year post-op yesterday...

Hello Beautiful people, I am now 1 year post-op and have lost 152 pounds and still losing. I am so amazed that I have lost that much... I feel great and every day just gets better... I am always checking the boards to see how everyone is doing and I think this site has helped me get to each and every goal I have set for myself in this past year. Hi Sally; GREAT JOB! I have a surgery date for this month- 22 day and 21 hrs 24 min. till my scheduled surgery. I'm not nervous or excited or anything! lol. I would like to know how you felt the days before surgery, were there any cravings or impulses you had to work on? How do you feel after a year, do you still have head hunger? and if you do how often? I appreciate all the support I receive from the people who're going thru the process. Thank you. Julia R
