My PCP's office is making me crazy!!!

ARGH! Must vent! It took them two months to send me my PCP letter of recommendation for surgery. Right now they have my upper GI results, my bloodwork results, and my EKG results in their office. So I called Dr. Patterson's office...do you have the results? HELL NO. I call my PCP office. When can I expect my test results to be sent to Dr. Patterson and my copy to be sent to me? Answer: Huh? We was supposed to send what? To where? When? You had what test? I kid you not I had to SPELL EKG to the receptionist. E--K--G. It's a medical test. I had one in your office. I want the results.
