I'm Terri, 46, in North Bend.  I've been banded 5 years and will be converting to bypass on August 21.  I've got two sons, I work for the state, I like to scrapbook and am addicted to Facebook and Pinterest.

I'm Pammy, RNY March of 2011. Living in Independence, with my 4 kiddos. Going to culinary school atm. Love love love Pinterest too! Way too much time on there.

I'd love to see this board get active.  I live in Portland I am a revision.  

Whoo Hoo!  Look at us go. LOL  Thanks for responding.  I'm getting a little more excited now that my date is almost here... Lots to do to prepare at home and I am trying to train a lady at work to take over for me while I'm out.  I'm really looking forward to sleeping in a bit.

I'm Yoli. I was scheduled to have surgery last November but I chickened out. I just started my pre-op diet; I have 28 lbs to lose before surgery. I hope to have this accomplished by October, fingers crossed.

I live in Portland, OR and I'm working hard to discover new hobbies that don't center around food.

I am Joe, I live out near Molalla (East of Woodburn). I had bypass surgery on July 9th/2012 and have lost 40lbs so far! I have 3 kids, and I work in IT. I started my journey at 498lbs and am now down to 359!

Hello Pammy, Ladytazz, Yoli, Helen and Joe!  This is great!  Are you all mainly on the RNY board?  Thats where I usually check in first, but I always try to pop in over here. 

Yoli- I know what you mean about hobbies not revolving around food.  I have started painting my fingernails...almost nightly.  Keeps my fingers out of things. :-)

I'm Jen and I'm from Portland.  I had RNY Gastric Bypass on 3/19/12 and my husband had his surgery on 5/7/12.  No children but we hope to.  I knit, scrapbook, and quilt.
