Which insurance best for WLS?

Open enrollment will start soon and I have 3 choices and am wondering which one is the best with the idea of WLS in the future?

I have Lifewise currently thru my spouse but my company also offers Providence PPO and Kaiser HMO (and 2 choices levels within each plan).   I'm above 40 BMI and starting to have diabetes/joint issues, so I should be within most guidelines.

Any info would be appreciated.

I would select anything but Kaiser.  My friend has been denied by Kaiser because her BMI of 40 is not considered 'life threatening'.  If she develops hypertension or diabetes, she might get approved.

I agree with the above poster... anything but Kaiser. I have never heard of Lifewise, but my parents have been happy with Providence.
