help in finding the right dr in OR

Hi to all!!! I  am new to this board!!! I live just out of Sweet home OR and I am looking for a dr in OR that makes it as  easy on the patient as thay can with helping with the ins co working with them to help speed up the time it take to get aproved  and not drawing the hold procedure out forever. I am looking to have a LGB. thankyou for any inf and help!!!

I'm planning on having mine done at OSHU, though my insurance didn't cover my psych eval from them, so I went through Legacy Good Sam. I've had good experience with both places.

I'm in Lebanon and am working on getting weight loss surgery. I'm on hold for now because I'm waiting to see if my insurance will cover VSG. I've been going to Oregon Bariatric Center in Springfield. It's at Sacred Heart. It's a quick drive. The one thing this center does that I think is good, but does take 3 weeks is that they make you take 3 weeks of classes (1x per week) to learn how to live after surgery. That part is typically done while waiting for insurance approval though. I am seeing one of their new surgeons, Dr. Jessica Folek, who seems very sharp and up to date on surgeries. Hope you find something that works for you!

Hi  there thank you so much for answering my post!!!!! I love to get together with someone in Org that is looking to have weight surgery!!! perhaps we can get together soon!! I will be back in town in a week or so, I going to Bakersfield in the morning, I am getting hitched on the 14th of FEB!!!!! OH BOY!!!! any way we have been living together for almost 2yr and AM no spring chicken so it wont be a real big wedding or any thing, my ex is going to watch my pets !!!!! how grown up is that,   so any way just to give you a little heads up on me, let me know if you want to get together!!! and chat    have a supper week.   Dotty
