Salem Support group

Hi everyone,
 
Sorry I know this is last minute notice reminder of our meeting tomorrow night Jan, 20th. 6pm.  For those that were not at our last meeting, tomorrow nights meeting is in the kitchen room instead of our normal meeting room. You will be entering in the CHEC Library on the right when you enter building D. There is usually someone at the desk to ask for directions.
 
Ps: I will be placing an order on Bariatric advantage the first of the month, so if anyone wants to order bring it to the meeting and let me know, I'll need payment when you order. Thank you, I'm gonna print out some of the specials  but if you have a chance to look at the web site, I have copied a couple of the links to a couple new items they have.

Do you have these meetings often? I live in Salem and would LOVE to start going to support meetings!! I'm planning on having my surgery done at OHSU and I think to attend the meetings at Salem Hospital you have to have it done there? Not sure on that.

Hi Karen,

We have our meetings the first and third Wednesdays of every month. If you have an email I can put you on my email list and I send out reminders two days before the meetings. Our next one is tomorrow and it is at the Salem Hospital in the Birthing Center Building, Building D, at 6pm in the support group room, just follow the signs that say Salem BOST.

We are open to everyone and you are welcome to bring a support person with you. I personnally had my surgery at OHSU a little over two years ago and am more than willing to talk to you or answer any questions you like. We are a very friendly relaxed group. Hope to see you there.
